All Voices Poetry Slam - September 23, 2023 You're cordially invited to an electrifying night of poetic brilliance at the All Voices Poetry Slam! Get ready to witness the power of words as talented poets from near and far gather to captivate your hearts and minds. Join us for an unforgettable evening of creativity, expression, and passion for spoken artistry. Event Details: Date: September 23, 2023 Time: 8:00 PM Venue: ArtsXchange Address: 2148 Newnan Street, East Point, GA, 30344 Here's what you can expect:

Twelve spots open for poets to showcase their talent. Three exciting rounds of poetic performances. Five judges to judge. Each poet will have 3 minutes, with a 10-second grace period, to share their pieces. Judges will score each poem on a scale of 0 to 10 with one decimal point. The high and low scores will be discarded, and the remaining three scores will determine the poet's final score. Please note that this event may contain adult content, so attendees must be 18 years or older.

To participate as a poet in this riveting competition, follow these steps: 1 Register at artsxchange.org when the sign-up sheet goes live on September 15th.

Hosted by the magnificent Theresa Davis, with Mista Funn as your bout manager. Admission Details: $15 if you purchase tickets in advance. $20 at the door.
